Our two exploratory tracks lead to potential longer term engagement
Exploratory track #1:
Leadership Relief & Alignment
This track provides immediate support to leaders navigating cultural challenges, offering space to reflect, strategize, and lead by example.
What’s Included:
(5) 1-hour 1:1 coaching sessions - for the CEO, business, DEI, or HR leader who would be the key stakeholder for our work
(1) 1-hour strategy session with key decision maker(s) to align on insights and design the scope of a longer-term engagement.
Fee: $10,000
Goal: Provide immediate relief and equip leaders to manage challenges while defining the scope for next steps and/or a longer-term engagement. It also sets the tone of leading by example for the rest of the organization.
Exploratory track #2:
Stakeholder Engagement
This track brings together key groups to build trust, surface challenges, and foster alignment.
What’s Included:
(2) 2-hour stakeholder sessions to explore challenges, successes, and goals - for two stakeholder groups responsible for leading change and providing feedback and input into this work, usually the leadership team and a working group with employees from all levels
(1) 1-hour strategy session with key decision maker(s) to align on insights and design the scope of a longer-term engagement.
Fee: $10,000
Goal: Create alignment, uncover opportunities, and gather more information in order to define the scope for next steps and/or a longer-term engagement.
Building Toward a Longer-Term Engagement
After completing one or both introductory tracks, we can collaboratively design a highly customized longer-term engagement. This may include:
Phase I Discovery: Deep dive into organizational culture and dynamics.
Phase II Workshop Facilitation: Skill-building and strategic discussions.
Phase III Strategic Planning: Designing actionable and sustainable solutions.
Phase IV Implementation: Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
