Fee: $10,000

 What’s Included?

  • (2) 2-hour stakeholder sessions to explore challenges, successes, and goals - for two stakeholder groups responsible for leading change and providing feedback and input into this work, usually the leadership team and a working group with employees from all levels

  • (1) 1-hour strategy session with key decision maker(s) to align on insights and design the scope of a longer-term engagement
