Myers-Briggs as a tool for inclusion (Girlfriend We Need to Talk podcast episode)

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of talking with Leana Delle on her podcast, Girlfriend We Need to Talk, about how I use Myers-Briggs as a tool for unlearning assimilation, reconciling across differences and creating inclusion.

Leana and I met on our Myers-Briggs training and are ENFP BFFs!

Check out the podcast episode here or listen below.

I'm at an interesting point in my work where I'm integrating many different methodologies and areas of experience:

  • MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion (including the work coming out of the Cornell University ILR School on engagement and inclusion)

  • "Zone of genius" (a concept articulated by Gay Hendricks in his book "The Big Leap")

  • Leadership coaching, including women's leadership coaching

  • Project management and operations

It's been hard to boil it down to a simple articulation, but what I've realized is that at heart, I'm a creative, and what I'm really good at and love to do is help people, teams and organizations create culture transformation through inclusion and belonging so ALL can do their best and most fulfilling work.

If you're interested in shifting the culture on your team or in your organization to better leverage the unique skills and talents of your people as well as create more ease and satisfaction, let's chat! Simply reply to this email or schedule a consult here.
